Imagine being invited to a corporate holiday dinner on the veranda of an Italian Garden in Tuscany only to realize you are in the Finger Lakes in Western New York. These red, purple and silver holiday hues were bright and cheery which naturally put the guests in a vibrant mood. The French double doors of the mansion library opened up to the long banquet tables embraced by silver Chiavari chairs. Guests arrived through the porte cochère and were escorted by young men in black tie and tails. The beautiful flowers were a variety of pink dahlias, red daisies and pincushions. Guests snacked on green grapes, imported cheeses and sliced red apples dipped in honey before dinner which served double duty as table décor. The amazing evening was described in the three words, “Classic, Sophisticated and Luxurious.”
