Pricing is shaped by your venue, guest count, menu choices, and your personal taste and style. Some clients prefer to dream up the event themselves, and we price around that vision. Others arrive with a budget in hand, and we design to that level — always weaving in the special details that make the day stand apart.

We will assess what you need, develop an overall budget and provide you with a custom quote. Our team works with a limited number of clients each year, and our pricing is based upon the scope of work that needs to be done. We structure payments as a management fee ranging from 15% - 20%. This fee is applied to the overall cost of the event. Travel expenses, administrative fees, and minimums may apply, and will be disclosed for your approval in advance.

Every event comes with three projections so you can see exactly how your budget will be allocated. This lets us talk through the business side up front — no surprises — and gives you room to ask every question you have, so you truly understand where your money goes and what it buys. We'll invest what's needed to create the experience you want, but never more than necessary. We treat your budget as if it were our own.
